TIME Magazine Announces Its 100 Must-Read Books of 2025
To start us off, TIME Magazine tends to round up a lot of the most praised, most popular books of the year, with a few surprises, of course. In the nonfiction category, they include critically acclaimed books like Baldwin by Nicholas Boggs, Black in Blues by Imani Perry, Dead and Alive by Zadie Smith, and Mother Mary Comes to Me by Arundhati Roy. But the list also features underrated gems like Hala Alyan’s I’ll Tell You When I’m Home, The Quiet Ear by Raymond Antrobus, and Nothing More of This Land by Joseph Lee.
