Hello everyone,

We’ve released the first version of WattSeal, a pure Rust open-source tool that estimates per-application power consumption on PCs.

It is a single-binary application with a lightweight background process that records CPU, GPU, RAM, disk, and network power usage, estimating the consumption of each running process. The UI, accessible from a tray icon, is built using Iced.

The project is open source and currently supports Windows, Linux, and macOS, with compatibility for Intel, AMD, and NVIDIA CPUs and GPUs.

This is our first Rust project, feel free to check it out and share any feedback you have!
