For whom: home automation enthusiast having different sensors, rustaceans, who like playing with hardware and automating stuff. Local-first, security

The first phase is focused on the clean architecture implementation and a proof-of-concept data retrieval (Zigbee2mqtt + several zigbee sensors used).

If it works well: automation rules engine, oauth to be added, and a deployment tested with Raspberry Pi Zero w2.
