Two I have thought of, which may be helpful (or not) to others are:

1. Selfish vs Selfless functions for methods and non-methods, respectively.
2. blice as a term to differentiate slice from borrowed slice.

PS: Goal isn't to force this terminology anywhere, just curious whether others also thought of words or vocabulary that helped them in that way as well.
