I'm a developer with ~1.5 years of experience working in Rust, primarily on backend systems. I'm now looking to get into blockchain development, both on the application layer (smart contracts, dApps) and possibly deeper into core protocol or infrastructure development, ideally leveraging Rust.
I'm seeking guidance from experienced devs in this space. Specifically:

- What are the essential concepts/tools I need to master (e.g., cryptography, consensus, Substrate, smart contract frameworks)?
