Occasionally, I see posts in these forums that say
This post was flagged by the community and is temporarily hidden.
I believe that the respective posts have been flagged by community members in the best interest for the community and that they contain information, which is not regarded as on-topic or beneficial for the community.
I, however, have a strong opinion on free accessibility of information. And as long as moderators have not finally decided to remove the respective posts in their entirety, I'd like to determine for myself, wether or not I would like to read what the flagged post contains in order make an informed decision for myself on how I regard its contents.
I don't like being told by a third party, which kind of information, that has not yet been finally acted on by authorities, I am allowed to access.
So, my question is, whether it is possible to allow read access to flagged posts to users at their own risk and thusly to acknowledge their right to decide for themselves what kind of information to consume?
