Hi, Rustaceans!

I have finished first iteration of my capstone project for Rustcamp organized by Ukrainian Rust Community and would like to receive a review of it.

I am big fan of simulations and this capstone project is about decentralized, that means without any central bank influence on exchange rate, P2P currency exchange where exchange rate is driven by customers

Project stack is Actix, sqlx, clap (for command line interface), utoipa for swagger-ui as I didn't have time to build some rich UI
