When a gift spawns & you open it (iirc) it's completely RNG based on whether or not you get a toy. (confirmed)

Imo (take this light heartly), theres not enough time if you're not playing 5hrs or more a day on ponytown. Theres usually like 5 gifts in an area with over 50 people and it definitely stresses people out. I believe PT should make it so it's not 100% rng based, BUT--the gift rate is higher/lower based on player population in a server. If the server has more people, gifts should spawn more frequently; if the server has less people gifts spawn in less frequently.

The toy rate (rate you get new toys) i have not much to say about as imo if the rate of the gifts were changed the toy rate would be more balanced out.

I want to know what you guys think in general as I know this event can be really stressful for some people. (Also the fact they added 47 new toys could be a little more stressful)
