Hello! I made an OC from MLP in Pony Town! Her name is Neapolitan! I'm new to Pony Town, so I'm not the best at character design.

I really like her design, but I feel like something is off. She just feels...incomplete. Even when I changed the eye color, I still feel like something is missing.
