Basically, a few days ago my account was permanently suspended on Ponytown for "racism". Thing is I barely have any hostile interactions with other players unless they initiate them, and even then I stay calm and avoid personal insults completely. The only time I've even mentioned somebody's nationality was when I.. asked if they were Bulgarian? They got pissed for some reason and left the game after a few seconds (maybe they reported me...). And I just walked away. No, I'm not leaving out any details on purpose. I have done nothing of the sorts. My friend also got banned for the same reason on the same day and they get into arguments pretty often, I dont participate though - maybe I was dragged in as an accomplice? Which is stupid because my involvement was minimal.

So, I attempted to sort out the misunderstanding by emailing support. The only response i got on my main email account was the reason of my ban.. as if I didnt know about that already. I sent another email and it has been getting no response for several days. So, I conducted an experiment. By sending the same email but from a different mail account, not the one associated with my Ponytown account. I got a response within 10 minutes, the support told me to email again from the account used to sign into my PT acc. Aaaand guess what. They deliberately ignore any emails sent from the email thats tied to my banned acc. While my alts get a response within an hour.

I wouldn't mind this if I wasnt BANNED FOR NOTHING??? I honestly cant even think of anything I said that could get me banned for 'racism' (or any form of harassment.) And I'm never getting reply other than the automated one because the support is ignoring me completely on purpose. Without giving me a chance to discuss the misunderstanding.
