A couple years ago, I was an overconfident kid who had set my age as older than I was. Of course, I got caught, and was restricted access to the 18+ servers. No big deal, I shouldn’t have been on them, but now that I am actually 18, I want to have access again. I know the process is to email the support team with a photo of my ID, but my question is… can I censor things on it? I care a lot about internet safety, and would really rather not give a stranger (or google, or if someone ever hacked my email) my address. The email I’ve used with the support team in the past has an alias, so I also worry my legal name on the ID might seem like I’m lying about it actually being mine. Sorry for the potentially stupid question, I’ve never done ID verification online at all.
