I've been playing pony town for 3+ years now, I started when I was a teen and now I'm 19. The amount of insane activity happening in both the safe server AND 18+ server is really gross (casual xenophobia, nsfw ponies in the safe server, harassment, and more).

The report system right now is extremely faulty, and it doesn't work a lot of the time. You can only really show screenshots, show the nickname, but most of the time these types of people aren't trackable.

In my opinion, there NEEDS to be either more mods that aren't weird themselves, or a report system. The devs have thousands of people supporting them assets-wise, therefore they have THOUSANDS of dollars to pay mods if they can't do it for free. But no, there's no good moderation in either server. In the safe server, minors are in possible danger to see or be involved in sensitive topics they shouldn't be around.

"But if there's a report system it could be abused!" Sure. However, there would still 100% be SO many reports that aren't just mass reporting. You can also make it so you can only report one person once with a ten-minute cooldown (but still be able to report others in case there's multiple people being weird). The devs in my opinion have to step up and make their game safe, it is a social game where any age can interact with others, and unfortunately if you have a game like that, you're gonna need to have something to keep it in check or gross shit is going to happen, which it is.

I am personally ashamed that this game, which has been out since 2016, STILL has it so you can only report bad activity with an email system, something kids and even some adults don't know about or just don't know how to use.
