Hello after this happened to me i really can't do nothing, no one responding me back from support, that i can understand cause its a small team and maybe there are 200 or more emails that they have to answer and then maybe they ignoring it if its unnecessary, i wanted to give them my identity card real life papers about me, and im willing to buy a tier 4 support without the benefits too to get one chance to go back is this possible to work or nothing can work? i really regret this whole thing cause i just realized its like a life sentence in jail and i feel weird in these few day cause i can't go back. so nothing is possible to do to get at least one chance? thanks guys your time and good luck.
