TL:DR : I feel my skins always end up too simple or stuck in pastel/canon colors. I once made a gorgeous color scheme in a photo editor, but I canโ€™t replicate it well on my own. Any tips for creating well-tinted skins (warm/cold hues, dark or less ' bright ' hues or saturated but balanced ones ) would help a lot <3

HAIII , honestly.. i've tried a few styles there and there and i can't help but... feel that my skins or my ' style ' is pretty much simple or always stick out with the pastel or with the canon colors.. ( mind you , it's not about the carcass or the ' base ' pony if not, the colors that bother me.. ) yet , after a moment of editing my recent pony oc... i tried to mess up with the photo editor i have and i found that the color scheme was PRECIOUS.. yet , i got no way of making or copying such style out without making the skin first because the color scheme ends up looking odd or not in the way i'd like .. i just wanted this to get this question of my system lol, if y'all got tips they'd be pretty much appreciated too <3 . ESPECIALLY WELL TINTED SKINS.. ( i can't give an example rn tho, but for me it's the ones that use the warm or cold hues very well, or those saturated skins that even that they are saturated, they're still noticeable. )
