I have been unable to recieve help via email. About a year ago, my account was permanently suspended since I joined the 18+ server too young. I’m 18 now, and i’ve sent several emails appealing to remove the ban, since I had many very important characters that I had created. Unfortunately, I had not been wise enough to save my account id, but I know it still exists since it is linked to my google account and it gives me the “account permanently suspended” screen whenever I try to sign in. Of course I know that I broke the rules, but that was a long time ago now it seems. Any ideas for email contents? Any way to get my PT id? Any pony town staff able to help me?
