Ok so ive been distressed over this for like a week now and i have no idea what to do. It started with this person whispering to me in a club asking me how to rp, which was sort of fishy but whatever. They proceeded to say they were scared and no one could find out they they were rp'ing/erp'ing because it's illegal in their country for "underage people" to do that. So obviously i was like, what the fuck, and asked them how old they were. They told me 17, so i said goodbye and told the host of the club who kicked him. I didn't think much of this because this has happened before so i didn't screenshot assuming they would stop coming around since people knew he was underage now. that was my big mistake, because i was on my phone and i always close the tab which automatically clears whispers.

big surprise, i saw him again at docks, so i confronted him and was like, "you're 17, right? you should leave." obviously he denied, so i switched to the avatar i was using when he told me he was 17 and he told me it was just a TEST. like a morality test or something, idfk, and added that he was 19. i didnt believe him and still dont, and since then ive told a group of people this same story but what pains me is that i have no fucking proof to give; i look like a liar.

i havent blocked him because part of me just doesn't know if i should or not, like i kinda wanna keep tabs on him, and i keep seeing him around engaging with other people who are 18+. and my dilemma is like, do i tell the people hes talking to that hes 17? because obviously they'll ask how i know and want proof. but i cant do that because im stupid.

should i email the devs about this? surely they have a way of seeing his chat history and they'll be able to see where he told me that he was 17 right? and until they work that out, should i be warning people that i'm 99.99% sure this is a minor, even though im unable to give proof???? it makes my stomach hurt knowing people are talking to someone they falsely believe is an adult, and it makes my stomach hurt thinking of the people i havent warned before. most importantly it makes my stomach hurt knowing this dude just isn't where he should be, getting in situations where he's decieving people. or a worse case; he's told other people he's 17 as well, and they don't care.

i'm really torn up about this, will def email the devs soon but i need advice for the mean time.
